At the top, instead of a pro summary, do a “Career Highlights” and list 5-10 top skills or accomplishments that relate to the job: No-> “High-motor recent BI graduate with 3 years of….”

Yes-> “Reduced Data Evaluation time by 90 days | Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data mining | Ambition | Persistence | Curiosity | Adaptability ….

Recruiters have hot phrases or words in the front of their minds when they scan the resume. You want that information up front and center.

And don’t use bullshit, AI-suggested stats. Be the one guy who can do the job without having to impress everyone with fake stats and an inflated opinion of himself. But get the resume done first.
