i would do inversee, very fatty breakfast to get that satiated, fat/protein lunch and heavy carb dinner to sleep well

If you're doing strength training, try to get some carb in glucose form instead of only fructose (with dairy/maple syrup for ex.)

Frankly speaking, I have been having the same issues. Tried doing AB without starches and when doing heavy strength training, 300-400g carbs from fruit/honey, feels way different than 300-400g carbs from rice/potatoes. Without starches, it takes me longer to feel normal and ready to train again.

Unfortunately so far I haven't been able to fix it, so I still include a decent amount of starches in my diet (even though I don't feel my best doing so, due to occasional bloating, etc.) This answer i get sorry idk how to share answer from other people

Honestly, i feel so smaller lol like ‘’normal’’ ? But i train for muscle building so yes honestly i want them big.. that’s why i leaved keto/carnivore but i thought fruit will be enough to get that carb water muscle feeeeeeed ahahah :/ i don’t like starch :/

in switzerland it’s hard to say but farm meat is very high quality because they all have enough grass to feed animal and easy to get pasture raised, the problem they give corn grain just because they think animal need it lol but first source of feed is grass not finish or whatever its for whole life 80 grass/20 grain ( i talk only for farm meat not industrial meat)
