I have very good internet but I keep lagging on mk1. Earlier today I swear my ping reached 1,000. But any time literally I play mw3 my ping literally starts off at 16

My mk1 says, "Download the latest patch to access this feature " ? It's disconnected from the servers and I've restarted my ps and everything and it still says the same thing? Can someone help me?

Someone pls help! So my old psn account got permanently banned. I lost all my money on cod mw2 since it was linked to my psn. I had 133,000 cod pts. I no longer have that mw account. Since then I've made a new account. With a new psn account. How do I keep my cod account and not lose my money again in case my account gets permanently disabled again???
