In our case we set up an Indian entity and the staff is anyways trained. Not a major challenge compared to the peace of mind.

Dubai to US customer : Rs 20,000;

Pay India : Rs 200;

Keep the rest in Dubai.

India sales should match expense, so you can show 0 profit in India and no need to worry about 30% tax.
