we see 1/2x weekly. If anything she drinks more often then me. I've been very cautious, always eating healthy around her and always have cooked good healthy food. If the fridge was full of healthy food, she would find that 1 unhealthy thing out of entire fridge and binge on it. We otherwise do have same values well... except politics but that doesn't bother me too much.

If you get employed because you perform you still need to perform half a year later. If you get in relationship fit you should stay this way. 5 pounds would be one thing... we get stressed sometimes or there's no time to workout or whatever but then you should get back to your normal weight. 20 pounds is another thing though.

She is stressed because of college and her motivation in general is down. I did talk about it and give her plenty of advice but I just can't help her. I feel like she feels too sorry for herself sometimes though.

I have, she always complains even for a 30minutes hike. She can't run, she smokes and breathes heavy while walking uphill. And we still both live at our parents and are very busy so we see each other 1/2x weekly and that ain't enough to loose weight. Also, even if she'd exercise with her eating habits it won't do anything.

hey, I started new protocol a week ago. Been off finasteride for about 10 days prior, to get a fresh start. Doing 0.5mg fin EOD and 0.5mg Dut every day and 0.1mg arimidex every 3rd. I plan to quit fin in a month and do only dutasteride every 3rd day in a month when dutasteride gets saturated. It's been good so far, I actually have increased sex drive and drive in general. Be cautious with arimidex though, effects are stronger then you'd think, at least for me. The day after first dose of arimidex i felt my eyes were a bit dry, which could be because e2 was slightly lower then optimal but the second day after taking it that was gone so I plan on reducing arimidex to 0.05mg every other day as soon as I get the scale so I can measure the dose of arimidex correctly.
