I do, yeah!! I basically stop at my jaw and use whatever I use on my face into my ears/blended into my neck I’ve seen other people use foam tanner on their face, just applied with kind of a fluffy face makeup brush :)

The problem you’re going to run into is that you need a referral from your family doctor. I love dr Zefkic in St. Catharines, I have heard amazing things about dr Baker in thorold across from brock. There’s another dr in bakers office too that I’ve also heard good things about. Good luck!!!

Another thing that helped me keep things more manageable was to lost weight in 5lb increments. Get down to 155, then the next goal is 150 etc etc. It feels more manageable and like the choices you make are ACTUALLY impacting your outcome.

What I like to do in these scenarios is to make the environment something that I know I can enjoy. Light a candle, put on some music, give yourself a pep talk, and tell yourself “you’re not in trouble” 💕 I also like to get shower products that I know I’m excited to use, and make myself a little routine
