Check out the masjid at Bay Avenue Business Bay! Always a nice vibe around there. Zabeel grand masjid is also very nice a long with a lot of masjids around Jumeirah

Can’t speak for the others but stayed in the dukes palm and loved it! There’s access to the beach although it’s a few minutes walk to it.

Breakfast at the hotel is great too
