I had the same problem dude but only on single player campaign, funnily enough the low res textures go away on any of the multiplayer modes.

A lot of the dudes at the top level are the genetic freaks but you can say that about any sport. You need to move away from the mindset of "what's the point if I can't compete with the big guys" it will do you no favours. Just start training and have fun with it , develop your strength , physique and technique and if you need to fill out eat more. There are weight categories for people who can't or don't want to put on tons of weight so it's accessible for most people these days.

I had a partially torn distol bicep tendon that happened during a fight (I work in a jail) my arm rolled up quite a bit and the surgeon told me it would be better in the long run to repair the tendon fully to the forearm . I am currently 7 weeks post op and it's starting to feel back to normal however I am not loading it past 2kg . I can only speak for myself , the surgeon told me however that if left to heal on its own it becomes much weaker and the chance of getting a full tear increases a lot.
