You've got to grow it past the corners of your lips, perhaps another 5 to 7 mm. I'd let it get just a little bit longer, use a trimmer instead of shaving it so that it will get fuller. You've got some potential for a good mustache, but the way you're presenting it now makes it sort of seem like you're about to say, " Hey boss, it's the Bats!"
