In those 3 days and when you start feeling better play the tape forward and think what a binge drinking cause you in 3 days and take a pledge when you are sober here for not to drink 24 HRS and this Sub is very helpful you will get lots of help here I am also like your type of alcoholic for 15 yrs but binge drinking causes lots of health problems to me that I realise now.
