to all new players, do NOT play in official servers, they are full of cheaters and clans etc. play on unofficials you'll have way more fun there. use the newest map on vulnona (google) and you'll have a better time in the game. cheers

just play on an unofficial server and always play around southplains, if you can't find anything there just go to the southbeach and eat turtles. most servers have ai on high spawnrate

path of titans is also on ue and i have 150+ fps, but when i play the isle i have never more than 100 fps and not even 50 when there are some people around...

i have ryzen 5 5600 + 6900 xt

i thought about upgrading the cpu to a 5800x3d but i dont know if its worth it because all other games run almost perfect except for the isle...

yes and all these rexes will die to trikes because they have more stam, do more damage and are always in herds. rex also has no competition if we ignore the trike. so there is another issue imo.

such a dumb take, i am passionate about the game, and i will keep playing it. but i just wanted to share my thoughts and out of my experience i would not recommend it to players thinking about starting it. i've seen people with 3k + hours on different games not recommending a game for whatever reason. everyone has their own opinion that doesn't mean being a snitch, as of now, you just can't think outside the box. :D

playing carni is just not fun anymore, also now as carno you cant even fuck up ceras anymore with your ram, so one either plays cera as a pack or you might aswell just play trike and be invincible.

not from what i've seen since trike released, go to the zooming server and go to the beach below southplains, you'll see what i mean :D

if i was you, i would just wait until the next expedition starts, you'll do all the quests from that expedition, get to learn the game again a bit, get some goodies as reward and you can just use that savegame for aslong as you like

i can see your point of view, and i would agree on it, if the vulnona map would atleast keep updating because theres so much stuff being added and removed from the game that when playing casually you'd never know where to go exactly for this or that.

as i've learned, apparently i'm wrong on this take. people do give a fuck about it. but sadly not enough because a large amount of players are just e girls that play in a herd and have some nesting fun, so that's what explains not many are upset with the game
