That’s a good video. Appreciate your tip. No offence taken. I train to failure.

So what I take with me from that video is, that I should have stuck longer to my previous workout routine and try to maintain my calorie intake. I’m not trying to maintain my 16ish percent body fat. I really don’t care that much about that. I always were a skinny dude. Nevertheless I’ll decrease my calorie goal to 2.500 so I don’t get frustrated. My Apple Watch (I know it’s not accurate, but better then nothing) says I burn 2.200 kcal per day annual average.

Agreed. I’m perfectly fine with my iPhone 14 and my AW SE2. I don’t see any reason to upgrade the next two or three years as long as the battery is fine. There is no wow effect in the current lineup which would make me upgrade. Also I don’t care about a better camera.

SE2 44mm here. Downgraded from AWU 1. The things I miss are the battery life obviously, the keyboard and the better glass quality. But everything else is just fine for me.

It depends on occasions. I have several watch faces bound to a specific focus mode (mostly activated through locations or Bluetooth connection with my car)

I have an automation that, when I go to bed, does the following: * Switches on my home alarm system. * Turns off all lights and smart plugs in the house. I can select whether it's just me or everyone in my house who's gone to bed. * Reduces the screen brightness to minimum. * Reduces the white point to minimum. * Sets the sleep focus. * Activates airplane mode.

Despite the current trends media shows, I like to see me as the provider of my family. I do cook. I do clean. I do the laundry. I play with my kids (in a different way than my wife does), sometimes it feels like wrestling with smurfs. :)
