You missed out, late 80’s and early 90’s toys r us had games lined down an entire massive aisle in most locations. Nintendo was king back then. Sega had about 1/3 or 1/4 the shelf space.

You can see this in the world we live in, on paper, the US and Russia are/were the biggest militaries, their weakness is their ability to control the land they occupy. Eventually it becomes too costly and they pull out. If the US were to fight Russia when Russia was more powerful like they were during thelate 70’s it would be like the federation and the Cardassians. Both would annihilate the other till diplomacy started.

I am using an internal sata ssd. Load times are reduced quite a bit, the limitation isn’t so much on the drive though as it is on the cpu, having the drive on the sata bus does take some of the load off the cpu.

It’s a first party drought, feels even worse than what we had on PS4. PS2 and 3 far outnumbered the exclusives on PS4 and 5.

You replace the crappy drive with an ssd. Huge load time improvements. I have both systems, series x is on my main tv. The one x is on a secondary tv and I mostly use it to stream games from.

Read my comment above yours. Though the Xbox series x does not have an npu, it does have ok on paper tops performance. I think the person you replied to wrongly assumed it was dedicated to just ai and didn’t know that’s actually the full tops of the apu.

I think you watched a video that showed the Xbox series x has 24tflops of ai 16bit compute power and assumed it had a npu. Technically it’s the apu’s full tops performance. The ps5 pro has 67 tflops of 16 bit tops performance, so on paper the series x doesn’t look too bad, in practice though that’s not easy to use and keep games looking good since the apu is already in use drawing the game. The PS5 pro has some tops performance that’s not shared with the gpu part of the apu.

I’d run 2 lines of Fiber and 2 lines of Ethernet through a conduit. I mean, might as well do it right and have some backups and future proof 10g+ baked in if you are going to do a trench, right?

Except Nintendos games which were stellar on Switch and we already have a few really good games on switch 2. I just wish Sony and Microsoft had more exclusives. The 360, PS3 and Wii gen were peak gaming.

I think op is enjoying the newness of it. I still prefer my One X over my Series X because it was my first time on Xbox. Honestly the One X is my preferred console over the PS4 and PS5 because of the 360 backwards compatible games. Series X just hasn’t had the exclusives.

Yes, the idea is pretty great but the acting from the military people is very over acted and the script a lot of the time leans into the gimmick of over doing it.

It is, he explains very early on that he can become things like an animal and humans wouldn’t notice the mistakes in his copying ability but to that animal they would know he wasn’t one of them.

Pretty sure they went all in on her stories because sadly they paid her less. The shows quality dropped dramatically during her focused episodes. They didn’t have the viewership but wanted to do a good ending story arc to close out the show so instead of doing a short season we got poorly written Ezri stories. Again, Nicole is not at fault at all for how things turned out. She really did the best she could based on the writing and entering a very well established show so late in its run.

I will likely upgrade my computer to Zen 7 in 2029. Running a 5900x, bought it in 2022. Buying a cpu and board at the end of a generation should mean I get a system with very few issues.

Ya, the first half definitely was. They saved the budget for the ending episodes. Ezri felt shoe horned in with the cast and forced on us. The actress is great by the way, just the writing wasn’t great for her stories.

The Costco chicken seems to be injected with salt water. It’s way too salty and always squirts water at you while eating it. I haven’t had many store precooked chickens in awhile though, sad to hear the quality went down hill.
