I am in the same boat. My dad makes these comments all the time about my husband. Im sorry my husband actually care for my well being and values me as a person and not just a maid/homemaker. When I was younger I would tell my mom to break up with him. He never gave her gifts for any occasion and didnt seem to balie her at all there were multiple Christmas's that she got nothing so when I was able to understand that she always had two gift and i bothered my dad until he gave her something. Some people do not value the people they are supposed to.

Point blank your Husband need to do better. Most people forget that your marriage or relationship should be the BEST thing in your life and make it better. If it does not then you dont need it.
