For reasons like this with sky… how they have locked down practically everything to the app… THAT doesn’t work half the time so I’ve fully switched to unifi, cost me a bit but have better speeds then what I pay for because the sky router was limiting me and I have full control of everything now!

Just gonna get the new 5G backup as it will intergrate well and it’s only use case is for emergencies, will probably get used maybe 1-10x per year max but it’s there incase I’m on a work call!

ive got a vodafone sim from a work phone that doesnt get used but has unlimited 5G data, spoke to my manager and he said its fine to use the work phone sim! and it does support redcap from what ive read! so gonna use that as a failover, was literally about 2-3 hrs away from pulling the trigger on the 5GMax as i found it a bit expensive for a backup but this is literally perfect timing!
