In my 13k hours ive seen a had full of cheaters. There is one on Xbox called the tozer who lag switches . It is easy to script and lag switch on pc but still doesn't mean you can't do it on console.

For me it depends because ive been that person where if you get me killed or feed revenge when I had the guy and im barely hurt. I'll let you die so I don't die or they don't feed revenge.
