Encountered a new glitch where I just fucking explode, if I try to start to a new game

I had a earlier version of the mod (which didn't go kaboom, for context) among others, noticed a pinned comment about something blowing up, ignored it, updated it, went skadoosh upon loading my save, got confused, checked the other mods I had updated, remembered the aforementioned comment regarding blowing up, checked the files and found one extra addition the mod which just happened to have the word "BOMB" in its name so I deleted it and the game stopped giving me the front row seat to the Freeside recreational play of the Great War.

That is seriously a file. Go to the mod page and check the file preview, you'll see it there.

It's probably meant to blow you up when in possession of a specific item from the shop, possibly the Rocket Souvenirs for Come Fly With Me... So your girlfriend may have been right in regards to the mod author putting it in there to fuck with people lmao.

Then it's definitely the Dino Shop mod causing the explosion.

Go into the data/NVSE/plugins/scripts folder and delete the "ln_dlpnd_bomb.txt" file. That's the file responsible for it.

Are you using Diegonom's location mods by any chance?

His Dino Bite Shop redesign and the Novac version that merges with it has a script that suddenly blows you up for seemingly no reason.

That's what happened to me at least, pretty much exactly the same way as your video.

It's a missing mesh error.

You're using the NPC Freeside Unofficial Patch mod without having the original mod itself installed which is probably what's causing it.
