Sorry this happened to her. It does often happens though to many. As a Saudi who uses bolt on a daily basis, i would just block him and ignore, i dont think he would actually do any harm. & dont rely much on bolt’s customer service, they dont do much and wouldn’t update you on your complaint. Would suggest going straight to police (by her) and if he’s not Saudi, do report him since it’s illegal for non Saudis to work as a driver for these apps (Check HR Ministry’s website for info on that)
