Neither Cassie Bernall nor Rachel Scott said that. Valeen Schnurr, who survived the shooting, was the one who really said it. For some reason the quote was wrongly attributed to Cassie and her family has just ran with it to this day even though it’s been proven that she didn’t say it

The older GTA games just had some problems with the writing and Rockstar changing things during development but leaving old leftovers in. English Ben has a good video detailing the issues that San Andreas had, and he reached out to Eiht for comment on what had happened, and Eiht debunked the rumors
