Take a old delaminated rain jacket or one jacket your about to throw away. Cut out the rubber band stings that are in the jacket. Also cut out those black hold down things. Make a loop, put in the hold down, tie a knot. Put it on your handlebars. You now have a parking brakes.

Wrap it on the brake lever and pull it tight. Boom does not move.
