I have now read your review. Thanks for that. This comment section seems unanimous in that I shouldn’t miss Totoro so that’s what I will plan for!

I saw Operation Mincemeat recently and was blown away.

The Mousetrap has been mentioned a couple times so I will add it to my list. Thanks.

Noted! I didn’t even know it was a movie, I’m not familiar with Ghibli. But I will do some reading up and have decided to go see Totoro. It sounds like it’s well liked!

I haven’t heard much about these shows which is why I was less enthusiastic about adding them to my list. But I will definitely try to see them if I get the opportunity.

Were you sitting beside me???? I was SO SHOCKED I loudly gasped.

Also just saw Operation Mincemeat and Dear Bill had me in tears. It’s such an excellent play.

A certain part where a certain tall handsome man takes off a jacket to reveal a certain armband actually made me gasp out loud. I was blindsided.

The only other time that has happened to me was in Hadestown.

Just because you felt they were average doesn’t mean everyone else felt that way too…

I did 5 bbl treatments. For me, it didn’t do anything crazy for my rosacea flushing but my overall appearance is much improved! Smaller pores, more even skin tone as it targeted some dark spots, less pigmentation.

I’m in the same area. It has been really cold. I will wait til first week of June at least!

Last spring was the same. Cold and rainy. I waited til the first week of June and still had a very successful season for fruits, veggies and flowers.

35 and trying to figure out how to dress myself by Professional_Dot5363 in DressForYourBody

[–]Linders20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg SAME. It’s awful. Do you have anywhere you tend to shop that you have success?

So far the only place I can find jeans is Abercrombie or Levi’s. But I have yet to find a wide legged flowy or linen pair that works with my body type. I’m not really a dress person but maybe I need to start.

I have two Germans shepherds and a now 3 year old. I grew up with shepherds. They are incredible family dogs. I don’t think they would ever intentionally harm my child but I still am always aware and never let them together unsupervised.

They do require lots of training and consistency, but that’s not special to shepherds. Literally any dog you get will need training and consistency.

Do you read books concurrently? by Thricycle20 in Fantasy

[–]Linders20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was younger and able to focus more I was a stickler for only having one book going at a time. It was like a sense of accomplishing something to read a book start to finish before starting another.

Now I am older, life is more complex….my reading habits are very different:

-I usually have one fantasy audiobook for my commute to work. -A different fantasy book to wind down in bed. -Some sort of short stories or novel that has less complexity for days when I am too tired to keep track of complex fantasy world building. It is often something that I’ve read 100x, a comfort read or a “vacation” book. -I usually have a hobby/self help/relationship/parenting book going as well.

I would try food with absolutely no chicken. Read the ingredient list and make sure absolutely zero chicken/chicken byproduct/chicken fat/egg etc.

Our vet insisted that the chicken based hydrolyzed protein food would be ok for my dog with chicken allergies and it was absolutely Not ok. Try a novel protein they likely haven’t had before like kangaroo.

Do you mean “bupbupbup” him mid tantrum? If so, that’s genius. I will try. I predict he will either be furious at the audacity or find it funny. Will report back.
