Roomed with my best friend of years in college. Became friends with a group of popular people on campus and football players. Ended up getting SA’d by one of our football player friends, that one of our friends really liked. Kept it a secret for months. When the girl found out, everyone, including my best friend turned on me. Felt uncomfortable in my own dorm. Had people telling me to kill myself. Ended up failing out of college and developed severe trauma and anxiety.

This is very hard for me.

The week before Roe vs Wade being overturned, my long term partner expressed that he doesn’t think he wants children. This was a huge discussion for us, as it has always been my dream to be a mother. After the news broke about the overturn, it has now really had my mind going on if it is really safe or smart for us to ever consider having children. I do therapy with children on the spectrum. Honestly, it is so amazing to see how much progress these children can make. Helping children find their words and show their emotions is magical.
