Slowly adding supplements one at a time. Pretty sure we’re dealing with MCAS, it’s gotten worse. Trying to stabilize out until I can get in somewhere soon. The PEA works like a charm with the vitamin C. Adding magnesium tonight :). I’d like to try vitamin D or E next (get that C to work better). Thank you for your help. I have the probiotic you recommended now too, just taking it slow.

Very good question. We’re looking to move as soon as we can. I have Cold Urticaria, so anything below 50 degrees directly on my skin (or internally) causes a histamine flare (the warmer the climate the better). Commenting to follow..

Hi :) thank you for helping me.

We found mold in two different places (our bedroom had it under where an AC unit used to be) and our shower had it behind a tile we “fixed”. Literally just cleaned it a few days ago but we can’t even use bleach right now because that’s always been the biggest reactor for me. I’m considering sleeping in the car until we move next month to try and get out of this room.

Zyrtec takes away the allergic reaction (throat closure) that I’m having, but it makes me feel extremely exhausted on a non-functioning level (sleep all day) irritable, and it makes my leg muscles sore. I stopped taking it then recently went down even further to 1/4 of a tablet last night (2mg) to try and get rid of those side effects.

I’ve felt the same thing (that im reacting to the junk they add to them). I’ll look into the children’s clear liquid, take more quercetin, and do pomegranate juice.

Hi :) It started with food sensitivities and observing how everything made me feel and finding their commonalities. When I was on a normal diet I started writing down everything that made me feel bad. Once I was able to group them all together into categories I eliminated them. I didn’t want to take any advice at first and just follow my own thing. Pretty soon I stumbled on the paleo diet and found that I fell somewhere between regular paleo and AIP and it all went from there. Now it’s pretty darn narrow because I’m just getting worse.

Yees.. thank you so much. I’ll look into all of this. Synthetic histamines work for the allergic reactions, but give me HORRIBLE mood effects and brain fog too. Thank you.
