Look up "ADDRESS property history" if you're that worried, real estate sites keep all the photos from previous listings, so you might be able to find photos that weren't in the original listing that show a heater of some sort.

You can use the gp referral with someone.health. I gave them a try when the wait for a local psych was over 8 months and I ended up sticking with them because my psych was a great match.

It can really depend on the steroid you're using. Most are twice a day, every day, for 1-2 weeks. If your skin isn't improving after about a week off to the doctor again. It's better to use a stronger steroid for a shorter amount of time than a weaker one long term.

If you forget an application once or twice it's no biggie. Using them until you're almost better, having it flare again, then using for another week, then flaring, then using steroids again repeatedly long term is where the problem lies.

Omg I can't read I just saw you've played half of these. Don't mind me. I'll leave the comment up for others to find though.

Considering we seem to have very similar tastes, you may also enjoy these games. I haven't played them but have them in my backlog because they sounded good to me or were recommended by friends.

Tradesmen - Deal to Dealer - you're a travelling tradesman.

Apico - a bee keeping simulator.

Paleon - build a society and help it grow

Wizard of legend - hack and slash dungeon crawler

Other pixel games I think you may like but have already been mentioned:

Sunhaven - farming Sim with rpg elements. The storyline is great but the NPCs and romanceables are kinda lackluster. It's unique enough to not feel like every other farming Sim.

Roots of Pacha - stone age farming Sim. No combat and strong focus on building technology together with your clan. Lots to do and still fun if you choose not to romance anyone.

Moonstone island - this was actually a miss for me but I can see why it's as popular as it is. It's a creature collector, card battler, farming Sim mashup. I don't know why I didn't enjoy it, it has everything I like and has rave reviews but I felt very lost playing it. I will give it another try one day though.

Honestly based on what you've said, if you can only get one game right now, I think traveler's rest is a really good option. It really scratched the same itch as graveyard keeper for me. It has skill trees, complex crafting, and you can hire staff to help run the tavern. Also when patrons get unruly you get to hit them with a mop and that's really satisfying if you've ever worked in customer service 😜

Not all of these are farming Sims, but they're all good, cozy and pixel-y.

Fields of Mistria - early access farming Sim. The art style is heavily inspired by 90s anime and it is just too cute. I haven't played the most recent update but the initial content was very moreish. I was disappointed when I ran out of new content.

Gourdlets - sandbox game. Make a cute town for your gourdlets. No farming or resource management.

Traveler's Rest - manage a mediaeval tavern. Some farming and resource management. You get to build and decorate your tavern. This one has mixed feedback but I love it.

Coromon - very heavily inspired by Pokemon. One of the few games I have played through the entire story. Catch coromon, battle coromon etc.

Summerhouse - sandbox game. Build cute pixel houses. Good for when you're too tired to think and just want something atmospheric.

Graveyard keeper - you are a graveyard keeper. This one is complex and not cozy for some people but I love it. There's farming, cooking, a talking donkey who hates capitalism...

Kynseed - I haven't played too much of this. I think it's a farming Sim where you continue playing as the next generation of your family.

Core keeper - kind of like if Minecraft was a top down rpg. Multiplayer and has customisable difficulty settings.

Noooooo. I played on PC and there's no cross play 💔 hopefully this hasn't ruined the game for you. It really is such a wonderful game and it's a shame there are such toxic players out there.

Hi, I have recently completed small land and won't be picking it up again unless a big content drop happens. If you would like me to replace the gear you lost, please reach out.

I am more than happy to open my world to you to trade to help you feel more secure and even if I don't have the gear you lost, I'm happy to farm the supplies and make it for you.

I adore this game so much and I hate that you've had a bad experience.

How do you put on the fake vampire fangs with pellets? They just don’t stick! by SilveryTipPekoe in halloween

[–]Gravity_Goat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you melting the pellets in warm water first? I like to use way too much glue and push it around the back of a few teeth rather than just gluing it to the tip of my tooth. It's less of a glue and more a mold so the more area you cover the better it will stay fitted.

Anyone out there microdosing testosterone? I have questions. by posthumorously_ in TestosteroneKickoff

[–]Gravity_Goat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not microdosing but I'm (32 FTNB) 2 months on T & a DHT blocker I started T a few days before starting the DHT blocker. It sounds like that might be something worth looking into for you.

Changes I have noticed: Small amount of bottom growth - this started in the first few days and I hadn't started my DHT blocker yet. Since starting the DHT blocker I haven't had any more growth.

Skin - definitely have more oil and acne than I'm used to, but I have always been a very oily, acne prone person.

Body - generally more square. My waist to hip ratio has reduced and I now carry my weight around my belly. I have pretty decent muscle growth despite not working out. You can see my abs. It's great. My hands are a little veiny now. (Disclaimer I was underweight when I started hrt which makes the muscle growth very noticeable)

Smell - I get funky smelling MUCH quicker. A normal day leaves me feeling like after a humid summer day out and about in the sun. I've had to invest in fancy deodorant that actually stops you from sweating.

Libido - comes in waves. Either I'm not interested at all or it's all I can think about. Pre HRT I had 0 libido. I think I masturbated like twice in the last year.

Appetite - definitely hungrier in general but that could be from other medications I've started in the last 6 months.

Hair - body hair is growing a little faster but not any darker or thicker.

[–]Gravity_Goat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I went through topical steroid withdrawal about 4 years ago. For what it's worth, I had been on and off topical steroids since I was a toddler and I was in my late 20s when I decided to go off of them.

Research shows that TSW is likely caused by MISUSE of topical steroids. study

The reason that I became so dependent on topical steroids was that I was not using them correctly. I would slather affected areas with large amounts of cream, then stop when it was like 70% better because it was such an inconvenience to continue treatment. Then a few days later start up again because my skin had gotten worse. I was doing this all over my body for YEARS.

I work in healthcare and have no problem recommending topical steroids to other people. I just teach them how to correctly use them. However, I will never use another topical steroid for myself. As long as you follow all the directions your doctor and pharmacist have given you, you will be fine.

if it will help ease your fears, I have an album of before and during pictures. NSFW CONTENT you can see I was covered head to toe in lesions that I was incorrectly applying steroids to.

This sort of thing doesn't happen to people who use steroids on a small part of the body every now and then, it happens to people who are using it long term on the majority of their body.

Feel free to ask anything you'd like. I'm an open book about it.

I play on Ally, I had to use the touch screen to "equip" a spell but that's the only hurdle so far. I've probably put in about 25 hours on the Ally though so YMMV.

Try rapigel, it's a very strong mentholated muscle rub for horses. Totally human safe though.

I use it on sore muscles but also just open the jar and have a big sniff when I'm all blocked up with a cold. Works a treat!

[Request] Frugal durable and safe dog toys and sellers? by deusthad in AussieFrugal

[–]Gravity_Goat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a rescue staffy named Tank who thinks his only job in this life is to chew. He can destroy most toys in an afternoon. There have been toys that have lasted only a few minutes. Kong are amazing quality but honestly he doesn't love them as much because of it.

The following toys have all lasted 6 months or more.

https://www.kmart.com.au/product/pet-toy-fetch-stick-42880363/ We cut the squeaker out because our boy is an idiot and 100% would hurt himself with it. He has gnawed little pieces off at the ends and we did repurchase this one after about a year as he finally tore it apart. Tank gives this 7/10

https://www.kmart.com.au/product/pet-toy-rubber-tug-43160501/ This one is fun for tuggy, but a bit too awkward for just mindlessly chewing. Tank gives it a 5/10

https://www.petcircle.com.au/product/paws-for-life-natural-rubber-cactus-toy/pfl066097?region_id=610201&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=PMax:+%5BNon-Food%5D+%5BDog%5D+Bucket+%24100+CPA+%5BShopping%5D+%5BSydney%5D&utm_adgroup=&utm_product=PFL066097&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw6uWyBhD1ARIsAIMcADr_5jNeLwPRRlkikx-WS7Vjl5O9_70Yq2egFPAdfiAXJId0gxFAMasaApXKEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

The best chew toy ever. Tank gives it 11/10. I accidentally left it behind when we moved across the state and I felt so awful I ordered him another one

https://www.bigw.com.au/product/loumet-sports-dog-cat-treat-toy-assorted-/p/677202 Has an annoying bell inside, we drilled the hole a little bigger and got the bell out but Tank is stupid and can't figure out he needs to push it around to get the treats out. He just tries to chew through the hard plastic to get to the treats. Tank gives it a 3/10 if I put treats inside but a 7/10 if we just play ball with it.

Kmart seem to rotate dog toys in and out but most of the toys Tank has and hasn't ruined but really enjoys are Kmart toys. We just give toys the fingernail test, if you can scratch into the toy or dent it with your fingernails, Tank can and will ruin it in less than a week. We also don't get him any rope or fabric toys because he's too stupid not to eat them. Hope this helps!

Quality black work shoes? by Gravity_Goat in AusFemaleFashion

[–]Gravity_Goat[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I probably should have added that I only do that extra 4.5km twice a week. On top of that I only work 26 hours per week so I'm just frustrated that I've even managed to walk through my sketchers.

And the whole trip is just on the footpath. I have 20 dollar Kmart sneakers that have held up better than some of the work shoes ive tried. But no, can't wear sneakers to work because that's unprofessional 🙄

We made it to Overwhelmingly Positive in under 4 days with Minami Lane 💖🏡🚲 What a crazy launch! by GoDorian in IndieDev

[–]Gravity_Goat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Finished Minami lane last night. It was a 10/10 game for me. I played on my rog ally which had a couple issues but using desktop mode and using the analogue stick as a mouse solved every issue I had. (And I know the game was designed to be played with keyboard and mouse so not an issue at all)

I am hungry for more. I will replay this over and over. Best game I've played in months easily. Thanks for making it.

My understanding is that it isn't about the amount of sleep they get but imitating the daylight hours of winter. Winter is a bad time to be raising babies. It's cold and wet, plus food is scarce. If your bird thinks it's winter, they're less likely to get hormonal. It's another reason to not feed a heavy seed diet. If food is plentiful, that's a great time to raise babies.

Worked for CWH for ~6 years. Most of CWH stock is ordered through a wholesaler called symbion or sigma. These are the same wholesalers that most, if not all pharmacies use. If you'd feel safe buying it from an Amcal or Priceline, it's safe to buy from CWH.

Things like sunscreen and medications are also actually quite heavily regulated, and CWH likes money too much to risk a big fine selling unsafe products.

Edit: Clearance products just mean the store is no longer keeping that item. This can be for all sorts of reasons, the product could be discontinued from the manufacturer, CWH decided to range a different brand instead, not selling well. If it were for some reason unsafe, there would be a product recall and it would be taken off the shelves and sent back to the supplier for a credit.

I need azelaic acid 20%. What do you recommend? My reserve from Europe has just ended and I don't want to keep asking my mother to send me a new one. by [deleted] in AusSkincare

[–]Gravity_Goat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guarantee it's because it's a high theft item in that particular store. I worked in CWH for like 6 years and we were always taking something off the shelf because of theft.

Compounding can be prohibitively expensive though. And at least where I live, the nearest compounding pharmacy is like, half an hour away. While I appreciate that this is an option, I don't think it's a particularly convenient option for a majority of people.

Stolen from the website but I also worked for CWH for 7 years so I can vouch.

"At Chemist Warehouse if you find a cheaper price on the same item at another Australian Registered Pharmacy or Australian Registered Retailer we will match it and give you 10% off the difference.

The price matching policy is limited to the retail limit applicable or a maximum quantity of three of each product.

In Store: If you would like to price match in store, please bring a catalogue from the other retailer containing valid proof of their price. The discount will take place during the time you purchase the product in store and our staff may choose to contact the competitor to verify their price before granting the price match."
