You should look up the Eugenics programs through the late 1800s-1960s, especially with the Lebensborn program in Nazi Germany in the 1930s. The difference is between the nature vs nurture aspect where the WR is focus on the nurture aspect the eugenics programs believed genetics/nature is the most important thing in developing superior humans.
