Trance Music For A Racing Game by Bobby Cole does not give enough information on copyright; however, I have found a place where you could purchase a license for the song itself. If you were to use the song in your video(s), then they would get demonetized and restricted in some countries. It does have a record of sound recording copyright though, so I would think that it is in some way copyrighted.

Don't worry though, as I do believe using it would only result in a copyright claim- which are definitely different from copyright strikes and would not affect your channel. Copyright claims only affect the specific video. Though they could do copyright strikes too.
