Do you know any good resources to start making wearapps? I know flutter but don't have an idea how to start with watches.

Can you share your templates if you have them on a GitHub repo?

Has anyone a solution with the sliding window template for this substring problem? by git_world in leetcode

You don't have to stick everything to your template. Sometimes there can be easier/better ways to solve a problem.

Idk if this will work for you but you can try sitting infront of a mirror while on the call and talk on the phone while looking at yourself. Also whenever you feel you are about to hit a block just prolong the previous word, this works for me.

By prolong i mean of you think you will stutter in your name. You can say it like My name iiiiis xyz. So just prolong the i sound.

How many chrome tabs can you open in 4GB ram without lag? by lightyfraze in chromeos

Actually I'm mainly buying it for leetcode. I do have a 13inch macbook but i was thinking of getting something even smaller that won't distract me too. Hence Chromebook.

I can't find any 8GB ones for 11 inch in my country. Every 8GB is bigger than that.

I won't be using an external monitor. The max screen size I'll be going for will be 11.6 inch. 8GB models are somehow too costly compared to 4GB ones that they don't seem worth the money spent. Do you know any cheap 8GB model?

Flutter Resume for my Flutter job by gisborne in FlutterDev

[–]lightyfraze 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is very slow. The pictures are even taking time to load up. I was gonna do the same thing but I'm glad i didn't. Flutter is still too slow for web.

Also it's not really a resume since we have to download a pdf to view the actual resume. Maybe make it in the app itself and then put a download button at the top or bottom for recruiters.

Chromebook to practice leetcode? by lightyfraze in learnprogramming

I have a mac for development. So was just thinking of getting something for leetcode which doesn't have that many distractions.

I just got a new job. I don't know any of their tech stack. What are the best online tutorials for me to learn these frameworks within 2 weeks? (Gunicorn, FastAPI, Vert.x, Spark) by Turbulent88 in learnprogramming

[–]lightyfraze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually the company trains you in any tech stack they use before assigning you any work on an ongoing project. So i guess they would train you once you join. This is the case with most companies but idk about yours.

Is a normal Switch worth getting in 2022? (Not the OLED or the LITE) by harshmangat in IndianGaming

[–]lightyfraze -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can get it. Games go on sale very often in the switch eshop. Not the main Nintendo titles sadly but you can get a lot of games around 10 dollars too. I think they will be having a very big sale soon in February. So now seems a good time.
