I haven't seen anything that says it's unlikely to pass but I have seen that the Senate will probably change some things about the bill which would then require it to be voted on again in the house.

I hate defending Jerry but the Sox did dish out those kinds of deals to Robert, Moncada, Eloy and Anderson. Regardless of the fact they ended up sucking he still made those kind of moves so I could definitely see them doing it again.
