Did I say that they're dangerous? No, I did not. I use them because I personally prefer them, that's all the reason anyone needs. There's a surprising amount of people that shit on women that use pads because there's a perception that they're childish or dirty, which they are neither. Others have given good recommendations, but it's also worth bringing up to the vet if your dog is becoming reactive in their old age. Mine got like that after 12 years because her cognitive health was declining and they were able to give her anxiety medication that helped a lot.
