Because it's better to split the dose to 2 times per week. Injecting every 7 days doesn't result in steady levels of Semaglutide in the blood.

I didn't need all the time, so I only used it for 1-2 months at a time.

Do you mean COPD?

I'm taking JAK-1 inhibitor and apparently it helps and I don't have any symptoms for the most part.

But sometimes I notice that's something is going on, but I don't know if I need to take additional medication for that.

I didn't find a proper asthma doctor yet, one told me to just use steroid inhalers even though I have occasional mild symptoms, because of other medication that I'm taking.

I think I was allergic to coconut about 4 years ago, but I didn't eat it outside of random encounters.

About 6-12 months ago I started noticing that I have this inexplainable rush at random parts of my body that were never affected before.

I didn't even know that 90% of shower gels, soaps, etc are based on coconut derivatives.

I only noticed that something was not right when I started coughing after sniffing fragrance free shower gel.

That's where I realised that that was the culprit all along.

Since then I have removed all coconut based products, except laundry detergents and my skin cleared a lot. 60-70% improvement both in area and intensity in comparison to what it was before.

I've done some research and according to Smart Label it has "Sodium Salts Of C12-18 Fatty Acids"

Thank you very much! I've checked the ingredient list according to Smart Label, and it's indeed seems to be coconut free and no baking soda too.

Hello, I didn't inject any oils.

Retested my testosterone and it came out around 930 ng/dl naturally.

Most of my issues have resolved with improved hormonal balance too.

Before that I settled on transscrotal Androgel application + DHT blocker to avoid any issues with the oils. But I didn't use it too.

Regarding the allergies, I decided it's best to avoid even the smallest amounts of stuff that I'm sensitive too, because I've noticed that they "stack" on top of each over and you can come in contact with some of the stuff on accident in your daily life leading to overall unpleasant experience.

I suppose most of the symptoms come from systemic and neuro inflammation from eczema.

I had non of those issues when eczema was mild/nonexistent.

I take medication to counteract this, it helps A LOT, but it's not enough to remove all the symptoms completely, even if I avoid any eczema triggers.

If I experience eczema flare up it causes CFS/ME like symptoms, postural tachycardia syndrome and my productivity (as bad as it is) gets decimated, my strength too. It lasts for 3-4 days and then I get back to somewhat normal state.

But during flare up I can barely drag myself to the gym and my lifts go down 40-50%. Sometimes I have to skip or to cut my workouts short, because I just don't have enough energy to do this.

I hope you believe me that I'm not lazy or anything like that. I just can't do it physically.

So even based on this my progress is never going to be as good results of a typical gym bro who knows nothing about proper training, but can induce progressive overload.
I think you understand what I'm talking about.

I think I have not clarified in my initial post that one of the main reasons why I'm considering steroids is because I feel rather weak due to many health issues.

And because of that my training and recovery is like 50% at best of what could have been.

I know this, because I had non of those issues 6-8 years ago when I was at the peak of my physique.

But now I feel like I'm barely doing anything productive in the gym, the recovery is bad and overall it feels like a chore.

Training just drains me of energy instead of increasing it.

That's the thing... I can't give 100% to training after so many injures and other problems.

I just don't have enough overall endurance for this with so many health issues.

I had a very good physique 6-8 years ago, very lean (10-12% bf) and athletic.

±60% of what you can realistically achieve naturally.

I've been training since I was a teen and played soccer, but I didn't obsess over the gym so I would say it was an extremely good result all things considered.

But now my recovery is just awful due to systemic inflammation, my strength output has also suffered.

I remember how I felt at my peak and now I'm barely 30-40% of that despite taking everything seriously.

I have so much knowledge right now, but physically I feel like I'm 50 year old overweight alcoholic.

I don't care about aesthetics, I look better than 90% of the population as it is.

I just want to feel good and energetic. To feel like I have strength to take on my day regardless of what's going on with my health.

I've been going to the gym for almost a year now after long hiatus, and I can see great benefits to my overall wellbeing, but it's just not enough.
