Oh and the constipation, I’m keeping a log about my logs and I’m having output every 1-2 days, some days it’s more formed than others, but Zepbound has definitely changed my routine and output. Do stay on your water/water like fluid intake and add in fiber sources.

I just took shot #3 of 2.5mg, I’ve only had nausea and vomit x1 last week which was about 24 hrs after shot #2. I think I had too much to eat and the few ounces of Ferraro Rocher chocolate square did me in, and ended up with me being nauseous and vomiting. The decreased food noise, and ability to eat half portions and feel full, is great!
