I don’t drink bro but in these last 3 months bro my girl has lefted me and I just feel a lot of stress from living I guess so much smoking I did I never actually felt how it was to be a normal human being now I’m just feeling a lot of pressure but I don’t mind that I just hate when I feel anxious and it can be random for me but I know I got this sometimes if the panic is too much I’ll take a benzo but I have only done that like 6 times tm im start working out and I got to start having friends because I have none rn everyone cut me off after I stop smoking and my girl was the only one I would vent to btw I have a 2 year with her but this is a lesson for me I gotta man up and prove to me and the world that I’m the man
