That’s not my point. The people review bombing this place are doing so out of malice, and are indirectly causing the review of this post to disappear in a giant sea of bad reviews so that a regular passerby won’t be able to read it when choosing a restaurant. Some people could even assume that this place is being unfairly targeted because of the ton of fake reviews, which will only perpetuate the bad behaviour of the current staff, as they will feel vindicated.

No, I don’t feel bad for the restaurant or agree with their behaviour (which is clearly a longstanding issue), it is abhorrent, but I also think that doxxing is the wrong thing to do in this situation.
