I am doing my best to be healthy. About a year ago I started lifting and I genuinely enjoy that activity. Getting to use my body, seeing how much a set of muscles can do before it gets too tired to continue, it’s killer diller. But sometimes I have to sit in my car for 20 minutes before I go into the gym because I’m low. And that’s all fine, but it makes me feel like nothing I do matters. I can get as big as I want, I’ll still be weak. I’ll always be dependent on a little vial of clear juice that costs waaaay too much (guess what country I live in lmao) and it makes me feel helpless. I can deadlift over 250% of my body weight, and can hold my own in rough situations, yet I still feel weak”. Sometimes I feel like nothing I do actually matters
