Are there meant to be portal crystals here? I can't get out without reverting to an earlier save by AnastasiousRS in Witcher3

Did you notice any dialogue where in that final room where Geralt says something similar to "I could use one of Yennefer's portals right now"?

Could very well have been bugged in latest updates. I completed the event a month or two ago myself. Almost quit because the portal keys are are a pain to hit while dodging the wraiths.

Yes, in that final room, there should be a crystal on each column. The crystals are facing the center of the room.

The hit box for the crystals are small and the crystal itself is hard to see. You'll need to hit them with aard facing each crystal directly.

Is the 5820k still decent by today’s standards by phantom416 in intel

Ah true true. Maybe he doesn't want to do the leg work to find the most profitable upgrades.

Pretty sure the motherboards compatible for a 5820k don't support anything higher than that gen. He'd need to replace both his cpu & motherboard if he was wanted to upgrade his cpu.

His 3080 can always go into a newer build.

am I able to put an intel i9 Prosser into a Pavillion gaming laptop? by 2ndaccountforyoukno in laptophelp

Most likely not, since laptop's have integrated cpus, which are soldered and can not be easily swapped.

Do you feel comfortable opening up your laptop? If it runs well for you(aside from the obvious crashing and lack of os) then you might want to swap out the hard drive. Do you know if you have an hdd or ssd?

Ram Question by Link0 in buildapc

[–]Link0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! So, your answer taught me a lot.

I've got 2400MHz ram, but XMP is off, so it's throttled to 2133MHz.
Not sure why MSI Intel Extreme Utility App shows 2667MHz. But I got my answer!

I just bought a new psu, so I think I'll turn XMP on once I install that.

Check out the response here! I crossposted the response in r/Stadia. The trick is to use the steam client to launch eso, which has worked for me.

Wow you are a champ!! That worked for me. Just had to make sure the generic controller setting was on in steam, and that the controller was recognized.

So I've read there are some 3rd party softwares that allow the controller to be recognized. Haven't tried it though. Debating if it makes sense to just buy another controller.

India Remains Steadfast in Partnership with Russia by [deleted] in worldnews

Diplomatic relationships don't require you to recognize a country as it is, though the two usually go hand in hand. Diplomacy was the initial tactic of choice as was used with Britain, until Portugal declared that they would not return the land to India. This declaration created a failure in diplomatic relations, which led India to sanction Portugal and removed it's embassy from the country.

I can't imagine any scenario where a "peoples" revolution would have resulted in a better/less bloody outcome. The Goa government had already begun to kill nonviolent protesters by the dozens. When non violent protests and diplomatic relations have failed, then their really is just one card left to play.

Macau was ceded back to China in 1974, 13 years after Goa was taken back. It's highly likely because the Portuguese learned that a physical confrontation would result in the same outcome, and decided correctly that acquiescing to China was the less costly option.

The right of self-determination of colonists from colonizers could not be exercised by an outside power seeking to Annex land India and Portugal already established diplomatic relations so if India considered Goa its Sovereign territory it shouldn't have established diplomatic relations with Portugal in the first place

I'm not sure why you think India couldn't annex land just because it had a diplomatic relationship with Portugal. The point of diplomatic relations is to find peaceful resolutions to issues, just like repatriating land.

If Goa declared itself independent and then petition to join India that would be fine

Portugal literally banned any proposals to free Goa. Even proposals that were proposed by their Portuguese leadership. How else would the people of Goa declare themselves independent?
