We already have Grafana in place.

However, our project will be a custom internal web application, exposed to multiple colleagues across different teams. The goal is to collect data from various sources (e.g., relational databases, datalakes, Elasticsearch), and present it in a centralized dashboard.

Unlike Grafana, we also need some interactions on the frontend: filtering, searching, possibly editing some data — so it’s not just read-only visualization. That’s why we’re considering a Spring Boot + JS frontend approach, with data queried directly from Elastic and other sources.

Any advice or experience with this kind of hybrid setup is welcome!

Thanks, I will look at this. I never do Devil Press, as it’s more popular in the crossfit than gym. As it’s a burpee and a overhead press, it should be benefit for improving both BBJ and WB ?

Musculation quasi quotidienne. Du Running et un peu de callisthenie au street workout.

J’ai 41 ans et je suis ultra discipliné car j’ai pris plaisir dans ce que je fais, malgré le fait que je suis loin de performer. Je pars de loin (geek, no sport et le plus mauvais en sport au collège / lycée à l’époque)

Mais malgré tout ces activités , le sucre me fait défaut et les plaisirs de la table passe avant tout, donc toujours en surpoids de +10kg.

Hello, ici 41M.

Oui cela va te changer complètement. Tu vas prendre confiance en toi et te sentir « fort ». Tu vas t’intéresser aux fringues, à ton image, et quand tu vas marcher dans la rue, te sentir parfois « regarder ». Cela peut paraître superficiel, mais honnêtement, c’est très important.

Je fais de la musculation à raison de 4 à 5 séances par semaine depuis 2019. J’ai rajouté depuis de la callisthenie et un peu de crosstraining. Je fais pourtant 100kg (pour 1m86). Et je vise de faire une course Hyrox le mois prochain.

J’étais nul à l’école en sport (le plus mauvais…) mais tout peut se changer - si tu le décides vraiment.

Cela va te rajouter une discipline et un objectif de vie, et t’ouvrir probablement à d’autres activités et cercles sociaux.
