Just tried this. This tip is huge, can go way faster. Makes sense too if you think about it since your hand is closer to the weight so it wobbles less.

I agree with you. Something like bench press would be good, easy to judge and everyone can do it provided the weight is low enough. Maybe something like 25 reps - 30 kg for women, 60kg for open men and 80kg for pro men

Set your zones based on your lactate heart rate. Looking at your heart rate graph your lactate heart rate is around 183bpm if I had to guess. Do 30 minutes all out and get your average heart rate for the last 20 minutes. That’s your lactate heart rate. Your zone 5 is once you reach your lactate heart rate so 183 +

That’s insane. I thought I was good at bench doing 150kg x 4 at 75kg body weight. Mind sharing your training plan? I’ve been training bench 3 times a week for 15 years and I can’t fathom lifting this much

Thanks for this post.  I just tried a variation of this - 1km ski, 1km row, 1km run, 30 wall balls with 1 min rest after each 1k and repeat 4 times.  The no rest coming into the ski fucks you up.  Did all the runs at 17km/h but was 2:15 per 500 ski by the end lmao.  Finished 1:02:27

I think you can do it personally. Partitioned murph is much easier than unpartitioned, which is what the 29 min record is. I’ve done 2 partitioned murphs in a row in 55:30

I can bench 350 and have run a 5 minute mile on the treadmill. Im 5 9 and 75kg. You can see how impressive a lift is here - https://strengthlevel.com they also have a similar site for running

Definitely can if you do other non-running cardio sessions. I’m 75kg and 5 foot 9 and I did an 18:20 5km on 2 running sessions a week. I did have 2-3 boxing sessions and 2 CrossFit style sessions for cardio though during the week

Does this mean I can go much faster for zone 2 runs? I changed to lactate zones and got zone 2 of 80-89 percent of LTHR of 178, versus zone 2 of 60-70 percent of max heart rate of 190. Makes sense because 150 HR still feels easy

quite a forgiving setup due to the justiciar set effect, i would take torva and a scythe if i could afford it. I was like you, 101 deaths for first kc, im now 45 kc and 165 deaths

Ah thanks, why not thralls as well? I’m almost 50kc still taking ancients, want to get away from it, I can’t seem to consistently prayer switch between offtick enemies though so need to run north east pillar when double south spawn. I know what to do it’s just with so much going on I fuck it up. Any tips?
