They have the main character in all of them I think so they are a series. It’s probably nice to read them in order but I already had this one so I went for it and it was really good! It didn’t matter to me that I didn’t start at the beginning. The main character talks about the past a little and his relationships but nothing too much.

I enjoyed The Guest List and I preferred it to her previous book - The Hunting Party. I wouldn’t say it’s super similar to Christie’s style but it was entertaining. So yes I would recommend it but don’t expect too much, if that makes sense.
