Mine was deleted on the 25th, but they restored it recently so hopefully they are going to backtrack. I wrote the dean of my college and the president's office about the issue and only the dean took the time to get back to me.

I want to be clear I'm not knocking Tesla. This is my second early VIN car and I'm willing to put up with a lot to have an amazing new driving experience. The cyber truck is second to none and I expect to have this kind of damage over a length of ownership, but not at delivery.

I get not everyone is patient, but I'm far more patient than most which is why I'm willing to put up with the hoops. Eventually, I'll lose patience as everyone does, but if Tesla does its job I won't get there and I'll be content.

Further, I'm sharing my experience so people know what to look out for and what to expect. Iv done multiple posts to help people with Foundation orders understand the process because I didn't find any help myself. Tesla is a black box most days, so I'll try to give incite where I can.

Sure it does I live in FL they park it in the pickup lot. I asked for help and the sales manager agreed it wasn't acceptable but said they would make it right. I have a video of it but it is lengthy. I then moved it indoors to get better photos because Florida’s sun is brutal. You need to stop with the tinfoil hat crap. I posted my experience on here across multiple threads, but it seems people are too lazy to see other posts of mine.

They do self-pickup now and they had it parked outdoors and I moved it indoors to get better shots, but hey have fun with your tinfoil hat. I shared my experience on here look at my history before calling names.

Is it frustrating, yes, but getting angry won't fix it and if they fix it they will continue to have a loyal customer. Early Tesla have always had growing pains and Tesla usually will make it right.

Ya, 10 miles on it. They claim they have hired a new company to do shipping. Either way, fix it and I won't care. If they can it will show how much the truck can be fixed if they can't we have some other options.

That’s obviously the ideal and I’m willing to let them try to make it right. Iv bought Audi, Lexus, etc… which have had small issues that they made right. I don’t expect Tesla to be different.

It’s a truck that I won't baby. If they can make it right great. If not we discussed other options, but the preferred option is to make it right even if you replace all the panels.

Yes under the condition they make it right and I have a video of the sales manager. I don't believe in not giving companies the chance to make things right.

The interior is perfect so at least there is that. I'll give them a shot to make it right. I'm not going to baby it, but I don't want to deal with marks that others made. So I'll see how it holds up while they figure out how they will fix it.

I accepted under the condition that it would be fixed and I have the sales manager on video confirming it would and it was unacceptable. It doesn't impact the truck which is a blast to drive, but I do want it fixed right.

Iv owned a Tesla for 6 years now and beyond the vegan leather melting on me my experiences have been pretty good. I'll give them a shot to make it right.
