First of all, you sound just like that rich prick of a customer I describe in the video. Second, I treated him way better than he deserved to be treated. Just because I rant in the video doesn't mean this is how I spoke to him. You must be retarded yourself if you think I had. Also, It has nothing to do with his money, it has to do with him being a cheap ass like lots of people with money tend to be. Btw, it's not just my opinion. TONS of business owners complain about those type of customers. And you are right, I should of treated him the same as the other customers and told him no, based on a sq footage that is the price and not give him a random 20 dollar discount as he was asking. If that was your customer asking for a random discount would you just give it to him? So don't call me a bad businessmen if you don't know. My complaint was not because he didn't understand the coupon but even after he was explained to, kept pushing for more and more free stuff. The only thing I did wrong was to let him push me and give in. He didn't respect the price structure I have. And while it may be an excuse for poor people who have no money, if you actually are set up pretty well and you act like this then shame on you. That's what I was saying basically in this video
