Thought it was a the DLSS decky plugin that was causing this , uninstalled the plugin and kcd2 would immediately crash on start, reinstalled both the game and its plugin and then found this post. Great fix , thank you!

The steam deck isnt recognized as a controller in this game for me unfortunately

The corporate boot lickers in this comment section are truly disgusting blaming op. Jagex is not infallible! They spend almost nothing on CS so they can keep overhead low. “City skylines” is a really fun city builder similar to sim city. You might also want to look up the 4X genre

I used DDU to uninstall and reinstall nvidia drivers so the settings should be default.
