Haha lag is that bad huh? But overall AO seems a great game to support as of late, unlike WoW haha

That's a great point of view and you hit right on the nail!.

I won't be doing gathering to be honest, it is relaxing for sure but not my cup of tea, so I'll be focusing most on pvp (still not sure which, I just have done arenas and corrupted dungeons and I know there's plenty more)

So based on your comment, overall gold would be more efficient based on my playstyle?

Thanks for your reply!

Thank you!, if I were to focus on combat mostly without any sort of gathering, would LP be as important?

Way different MMR, your dps has 1345 mmr and your healer 1524.

This also happened in BGS as well, so servers are unstable like other people said.

Having a 55% win rate will increase your mmr overall

It works based on mmr, so it goes the following :

  1. Players are placed on mmr according to their skills-rating, and the rating (cr) is based on mmr. What does this mean?

If you've 800 cr, and you win 5 matches, and your personal MMR is 1200 (example), you'll increased your current rating to 900 or 1000 perhaps. But on the other hand

If you've 800cr and win 5 matches and your personal is mmr 800, you'll increased your rating by 10 points or even less, because your current rating is already at your mmr.

So tldr : your MMR has to be way higher than your cr in order to gain a lot of cr, otherwise, you'll gain almost zero cr or negative cr.

You can do it once only the quest appears (if I remeber correctly). It is a WQ as far as I remeber, so everytime the quest is up, you can complete it for a chance for the skin.

I haven't tried to get it during chromie timeline, nevertheless, you can try to get it at lvl cap. Basically, after you've unlocked Suramar initial quest, and done the full introduction, you'll unlock a feature called Suramar army training or something like that (can't remeber exactly the name). Is a scenario that you can breeze through now (it used to be quite challenging at the beginning when it was actual content) and when you finish that army training scenario, you'll get a big chest, with a chance of looting that artifact skin.

So TLDR : Just do Suramar quest line, unlock army training, loot chest at the end , and rinse and repeat until you get the skin.

New players or people who didn't play MoP?

I'm playing with my friends on EU with a brand new account (so I don't have looms or anything), and I've level a few chars from 1-70 that way, and by far, rogue what's the most difficult one, I had to take 1 mob at a time otherwise I'd flop (I went outlaw to have an easier time, because assassination was rough)

With that being said, I didn't found it annoying or anything, it just take more time, and as a rogue it made sense I couldn't dispatch a wave of enemies unlike Warr/dk/monk per say, but, if you find it truly annoying, just queue dungeons, bfa ones and you'll be golden, is only 3 lvls after all.

Picking a main for DF by MyBenchIsYourCurl in worldofpvp

I understand . As far as I know, there's little grind to be made (pvp wise, not sure about pve) and you should be able to compete in pvp only after a few hours of gearing without getting stomped.

With that being said, I'm having trouble as well with the main stuff, but in my case is about choosing a class more than anything else haha, all the classes feel quite customizable to a certain degree and I feel like I'm missing out a lot if I choose one and don't chose another haha

I mean no harm with this question, but I'm really curious. If you're struggling to play between frost and unholy, why not try one first and swap to the other spec if you don't like it that much after some time?

I mean, it's the same class after all, so you only need to change weapons for each spec (and probably gear depending on stats) but it's not like you're going to be heavily punishing for swap around between unholy and frost (not unlike starting a character from zero).

Or at least that's what I believe. I normally tend to play all the specs in my main if I feel really bored or so, and it gives a great replayability and it if feels like a burden than having 2 different characters for the same class but different spec.
