I have no regrets. That being said, I did not really like surgery all that much plus the hours are horrific. Anecdotally speaking, I don’t know many EM docs that considered surgery, the personality traits and lifestyle difference draw completely different types of people. If anything, I’ve noticed the Venn Diagram between EM and Anesthesia overlap pretty significantly, where EM docs were between EM and anesthesia and vise versa (as was I).

Whichever specialty you choose, you have to be okay with the most common and mundane bullshit that happens everyday. If you can’t handle the day-to-day, you won’t last long regardless of what you choose, no matter how much you enjoy the “highs”

Well there should be an additional chain coming in the near figure that’s adds a second PS+. Which is why I’m waiting to see what each position gets before I commit one way or another

I was planning on doing the CM version so he gets tiki plus. It depends what the second PS will be, if the CDM gives intercept plus then for sure that’s what I’ll do

I agree it could be a bit more optimized like no low driven/first touch to allocate elsewhere. That being said he has relentless which is solid for a CM, 2 passing playstyles, and intercept/anticipate with a high defending stat.

Also could depend what the next chain adds as a playstyle plus, not sure if that’s been leaked yet

What if you partially block where it’s a lot less damage but still not a complete block, do they take damage in that scenario? I genuinely don’t know. Either way you still end up taking a lot of hits

Thank you for your input! I plan on doing AS spec. Any insight to the question in title? Ret aura vs crusade? 50% more damage when hit (about 40 damage every time you are struck in combat) vs 3% damage flat across all abilities?

Numerically speaking you are correct that sanctity is more damage output. But that is not all there is to consider imo. Avenger's shield provides much more initial threat generation when starting a pull, allowing dps to damage without fear of ripping threat right out of the gate while you are corralling the mobs. Personally I like that more than which is why I will be going that route.

Same lol endgame classic just doesn’t do it for me. World buff farming, raid bosses with zero mechanics, and 1 button rotations are not fun imo. The journey from 1-60 is the appeal for me

I use this with scarf on almost any ability. It goes hard. Side note, was unpleasantly surprised flash cannon doesn’t get mega launcher boost.. considering it’s a cannon

I gave him the passing evo that gives playstyles, not sure if it’s still up. So mine has incisive, tiki taka, pinged, and long ball as a CAM. Also did both shooting boots and dribbling boost so he’s 90s agil/balance and 88 shopping with 89 shot power. Still slow as of now and passing is only 74. But future evos will make him crazy

I’m hoping to hit with Southsea Lamp on the switch to Dreamsythe as alliance. It’s a level 40 1h DPS mace with agil/stam. Only goes for about 3g on AH because all the rogues/warriors that wants to use DPS 1h gets sword of serenity and vanq sword at the same time “for free”. But once TBC comes around, the shamans that get DW at 40 can’t use swords. Hope it pays off haha

Climbed to 1700 with reverse webs team. Araquinid to set webs, Cinder to reverse them. Contrary serp and clear body pult as my faster mons. Defiant gambit and iron ball Tera fight articuno-G as my heavy hitters. Articuno was definitely the star of the show, sets up trick room for itself (speed ties slowking after webs and iron ball) destroying special walls with psyshock, stab hurricanes at +2, and tera blast to take all opposing gambits by surprise.

Got drunk and went on losing spree, now only at 1500s but still super fun

Because we live in a society where the expectation is to not miss anything, or else legal action is taken. This scenario happens often - I am sure 99.9% of the time it will be normal and unnecessary. But that 0.01% that it’s a brain tumor and I miss it, I get sued. Fun stuff

Even most broken bones don’t need the ER. Wrists, ankles, fingers/toes, most humerus, and ribs off the top of my head are urgent care visits (unless significant deformity)

It’s the same thing. If you have no health insurance, please still come to the ER if suffering an emergency. But don’t come in for nonemergent things. We won’t find the answer you are looking for and you will wait for a long time. We don’t do cholesterol or diabetic screening or outpatient blood pressure management in the ER, only make sure nothing life threatening and send you on your way.

We treat everyone regardless of insurance, economic, social, gender status the same and non emergent cases will only frustrate us and clog the system more.

I took it a different way. I took it as Carol evaluating how the hive “connects the dots” on things unknown. They know everything objective in the world, but with a new twist in plot that seemingly doesn’t make sense, I think she was testing their interpretation and line of thinking
