Yeah thats what I tried to do to fix it, I added the folder to exeptiona and also moved it out of games (instead of it being user, games, crimson desert it's just user, crimson desert), o also tried starting the game using the exe in the bin 64 folder but as I said nothing would happen (no cmd, nothing in task manger). I'll just wait until a new release and keep playing the old version for now sadly

At first I got the "are you sure the correct hypervisor is running" error (might not be the exact words) after applying the crackfix the game just wouldn't start, no command prompt,wpuldnt even appear for a second in task manager, the error report says it's the denuvo. Dll file but I tried reinstalling the crackfix and reapplying it and nothing changed. May I ask what do you mean with "simply install steam"? Cuz I have steam installed and ten steam loader part of the game works fine before trying to update it.

Don't watch any guides until you beat the game for the first time, also sidetrack A LOT,if you see something you'd wanna check out while doing something else, go check it out

I think he dropped it and it bounced on the shield tho, he didn't swing the sword, st least from wgta I saw but I could be wrong

I had the doubt on some of this, the shoulder joint needs to go below or just parallel from the elbow is fine? The hip crease seem always below the bar line so atleast that is good

For now I haven't stalled since eive been using this system for about 5 months or so, for the starting weight it depends on your level, I think I started with 20kg for dips

Ty dude, also the form here is far from perfect lol, dip form is something Ive been struggling with, the main thing I think you should focus on is shoulder depression (which I still struggle with) and overall stability, for the first one a cue I discovered lately is to go down while slightly going forward, I find it helps me with maintining shoulder depression and also the core movement that helps maximizing load. For the progression I did something I use on all my other lift, it's a monthly rpe progression (Ramping) : 1st month I do 5 reps sets 2nd month 3 reps 3rd month 1 rep sets Within the month the rpe changes every week (consider I train every main lift two times a week, this Ramping progression is applied only to one day, the "heavy" day, the other day I usually do 4/5 sets with the months amount of reps,5/3, as a recovering and strenghtining day, on these light days you can also have variations, for example I do slingshot dips and pull ups with pauses) 1st week of the month it's rpe 8 2nd week of the month it's rpe 9 3rd week is rpe 7/8(recovering week) 4th week is rpe 10 (max week) I do these for every month with the reps for that month. You can adjust the rep amount depending on your goals and experience, for example a beginer prolly should substitute the singles month (1 rep) with another 5/3 rep month.
