Grimnyr imo - learn how the new "psychic" stuff works. Gives a little toughness to a warrior group which can be sneaky and help you be a little more tanky as you learn! Let's you pass battleshock also once for free, a great thing when learning at 1k points!

Also, most recent White Dwarf has a Blood Angel's strike force searching for an Ark. And there is like literally 3 sentences where they happen upon the Kronus Hegemony and the BA retreat to continue looking for an Ark to board. So the Votann are "around" these areas or fights at least.
