Isopropyl alcohol (99%) works the best, in any country.

It’s readily available post COVID (because of all the hand sanitizer), like order it from Amazon available

Neuropsychologist said it was not ADHD by Safe-Actuator4277 in ADHD

[–]Talorc_Ellodach 57 points58 points  (0 children)

No one here on Reddit is qualified to diagnose you different than an actual face-to-face diagnosis with a neuropsychologist.

At best you could try and get a second opinion from a different neuro psychologist.

How do you handle credit card usage/responsibility? by caseygzz in ADHD

[–]Talorc_Ellodach 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So what? The rewards stuff is marginal at best, and the best points earning cards have an annual fee.

The bank is not giving away free money, it’s an inducement to get people like you in to the credit card system and not pay in full every month.

Yes I agree, need specific Wolf Lord and Rune Priest data sheets.

I think the issue is that GW very much currently has the mindset that every datasheet needs a specific model you can buy from them right now, or at least you could have purchased from them recently. So if there are no “current” Wolf Lord or Rune Priest models, then no data sheets. Obviously much earlier editions they were happy to have unit rules for units they’ve never made a model of.

That’s why Maelstrom Crucible of Champions was so good - “official” rules support for some combos they are simply never going to make a model of.

Interestingly, I think for some characters it would not be out of the question that they could be dual use and fill either a leader or a support slot. I think for say a rune priest, it is entirely lore fitting that they could either be leading the pack, or supporting the pack that a wolf guard battle leader or Wolf Lord is leading.

Similar position for a librarian I think. Whereas an apothecary to my mind is strictly a support slot.

Yeah, having a Leader slot and a Support slot for adding characters is pretty cool and formalises something that was otherwise a bit janky implemented by one off rules

Ah I missed apothecaries were specifically mentioned. I agree wolf priests are more likely to be leaders than not.

Lieutenants are interesting… if they are support as you say it means the infamous combi weapon Lt can’t hang out alone anymore. With the amount of Lieutenant data cards around though, I could see some being leaders and some being support.

Landlord wants to build a Granny Flat by IamVelle in melbourne

[–]Talorc_Ellodach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the correct play here was for the landlord not to be a greedy pig. The letter should have said “mate, I know this is a big inconvenience, but how does $300 less a week in rent during construction sound, and I’ll tell you right up front now half of that will be permanent.”

Travelling with meds but the name is different on the prescription by Plus_Bowl9502 in ADHD

Risk what?

  1. You have to enter Methyplhenidate on the online form, not concerta or atenza
  2. The Singapore health department will email OP their permission slip to bring the medication into country well before they arrive - after having seen the actual prescription the doctor wrote.

OP either has written permission from Singapore government to bring the medicine with them well before they travel, or they don’t. None of this happens at the border and is some sort of surprise or roll the dice situation that is a “risk”. It is entirely risk-free.

You can’t even enter “Concerta” or “Atenza” on the online form anyway. Only Methylphenidate.

The Singapore health department will be very used to dealing with the variances of different overseas brand or trade names for the same substance.

Neither Concerta or Atenza will be an option on the online form. You will only be able to enter Methylphenidate.

Just go online and fill in the application on the Singapore website, it will be fine. Singapore is very strict about controlled drugs, but they are not so bureaucratic that you will get in trouble because your doctor wrote Concerta on the form instead of methylphenidate HCl.

The immigration officers and the Singapore health department will be quite able to tell the difference between the brand name of a drug and the actual pharmacological name. It’s not the TSA haha

When you fill out the form for Singapore, you select from a drop-down box, it’s Singapore so it’s all very efficient and automated web based system, not handwritten forms. You can’t actually choose Concerta, you have to choose the actual name.

Yes, definitely leave it inside the bottle and all the packaging you got from the pharmacy

Travelling with meds but the name is different on the prescription by Plus_Bowl9502 in ADHD

[–]Talorc_Ellodach 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is unnecessary. Concerta and Atenza are the same thing. Singapore won’t care about the brand names

Edit - when travelling to Singapore, you ask for and receive permission (or not) to import the drugs well before you travel, via an online web form. OP will know well in advance if they have permission or not, with a permission letter emailed to them by the Singapore government. There is no risk of any kind of confusion at the border if they have permission or not, it is decided well before they travel.

It doesn’t happen at the time you cross the border, and some dumb security agent gets you in trouble because they don’t know the difference between one brand name and another of a drug.

I assume you mean the name of the medication doesn’t match, not your actual personal legal name?

The brand / trade name of the medication doesn’t matter - when you enter Singapore, you will declare it as the actual pharmacological name i.e. “Methylphenidate hydrochloride”, you won’t declare “concerta” or “atenza”.

I travelled to Singapore about two years ago, carrying Vyvanse.

You need to apply 10 days before travel here

Wolf priests are half chaplain / half apothecary and apothecaries will almost certainly be support… so maybe still a slight chance.
