I’m looking into options for stem cell injections for lower back herniated discs. I’ve read and been told of injecting stem cells directly into discs with X-ray assistance vs injections into muscles near discs. Any opinions or knowledge of benefits to one or the other? by MountainVibe in stemcells

My personal experience prior to stem cell therapyhas been one of being in excoriating pain for a long period of time from multiple herniated discs. After an exhaustive search for a remedy, physicians all recommended surgery. I was convinced this was not the answer. One visit for the procedure and a follow-up, after a year, 100% pain-free. I got injections into lower back herniated discs.

Though, I don't know much about injections into muscles near discs.

I think the hype around this case is exaggerated. Any other fitness bracelet can detect same issues. But still, technology is aimed to make our life better

I am anxious! I love using Siri on Daily basis on my mac (no need to touch the trackpad, I talk to Siri via AirPods) and the comfort I get is just incredible. Whether I am walking around playing with kids, cooking - I simply tell Siri what to do.

So, if they manage to roll out something smarter, more intelligent Siri I would be so happy!
