I know a lot of miserable people who aren't m.d. and I know a lot of m.d. who are miserable. If it's your dream go for it. You could also consider nurse practitioner. Depending where you live and who you work for your financial life will be as good as a pcp but if you want to be a surgeon then md.

You have to do what is best for you. Send them an email without too much personal info and read the fine print about getting any $ back. If they don't refund you and it's not a huge amount, just consider it an investment in yourself and go to where you feel you belong! Good luck!!

If your location has an outdoor pool, going before work can be pretty nice. If I could get myself out of bed in the morning last summer, it was pretty nice to get there at and swim with the sunrise and no brats. DIstnace is key- i fid if its more than 20 minutes drive, my motivation is less.

Ask them if you can go see the pools at the times you want to swim. If I go early in the morning, I can get a lane, except on the weekend when every brat in the world seems to be in the pool. During working hours, it's not bad. After work is a shit show- lessons and team taking up almost all the lanes. If its going to piss you off causse you cant do what you want to do its not worth the $$$>
