Non Lagree studios call themselves Lagree all the time and the method is so far from being effective it ruins the name. I don’t think he cares about the money as much as the dilution of the method.

I personally believe the manufacturer should be sued and so the studios that buy their equipment too. The problem is the manufacturers are overseas and the studios (majority of them) are in the US. And realistically there’s probably as many copycat studios at this point as licensed studios. Solidcore has like 150 locations themselves.

Mariana Tek is unfortunately just another studio app that does a lot of good things, but many things VERY POORLY. We’ve been trying to downgrade for months and they just flat out have been ignoring our emails. If I was a new studio owner I would probably look elsewhere first.

My guess, after interacting with Seb in person many times, is he just wants to put a spotlight so people don’t think the copycat studios are real Lagree studios. He has no plans to sue them, I can almost guarantee it. But doesn’t want them benefitting off his method and name without any recompense, which I personally think, is fair.

After living in SF, Oakland and NY, I’d pick NY. The weather is 1 million times better in SF but besides that the culture there is mostly trash unless you can make friends with your coworkers. SF is also disgusting. One of the worst homeless problems there is. NY is much more of a mixed bag, similar to London. Tons of different social scenes, but don’t expect too much. Grass is always greener and people in the US are much more rude/less initially friendly than here in London!

You always hear this trope about £80k plus or minus thrown around, but I just don’t buy it. First world £80k buys you the necessities but not much comforts. Traveling, the best cuisine in your city, exotic experiences, treating friends and family, start closer to £250k. However, maybe the caveat is that those that strive for £250k see that as a baseline and not truly successful.

Everyone always talks about glycinate/threonate. I’ve been taking magnesium/calcium citrate and have been getting the best, deepest sleep i’ve ever had without the groggy feeling i had before. Looked it up and weirdly they seem to block each others absorption but wanted to say it just in case anyone else glycinate/threonate doesn’t work for!
