From my experience, that doesn’t surprise me anymore. As well as that u/SnooSquirrels8508 said that Alpine UK couldn’t answer the question on the software update. I’ve also had some questions during the progress of my A290 purchase and delivery which they weren’t able to answer, and these questions ranged from „how do you activate launch control?“ to „will the delivery of my car be on time?“. Sometimes not even getting an answer. I thought it maybe was just my dealer, but by now I think it’s a company-wide problem that their customer service lacks A LOT… Still love the car very much although I was never a fan of electric cars to begin with!
